We can proudly announce that Gulen Dive Resort is a Netto-positive dive travel company. So what does that mean? It means we are letting out fewer CO2 emissions or other related gases that hurt our global environment than we capture with our sustainable program.
We are a clean dive destination by definition and, as far as we have been able to establish, the only one in the world that covers all our customers’ Co2 travel outlets.

So, for everyone diving with us, even if you don’t consider it an essential part of your travel, we cover all of your CO2 emissions when travelling and diving with us.
We have a massive program with a crew cleaning our islands for plastic and waste, and we have done this since 2018. We have cleaned more than we will set out with our boats and cars for the next 10-15 years, meaning we have collected around 100 tons of plastic-related waste for recirculation.
We take our responsibility seriously and constantly adapt to improve efficiency.
